CANINE INFLUENZA VACCINE FOR DOGS THAT COME FOR

DAYCARE & LODGING SERVICES STARTING 3/1/12

Please bring proof of this vaccine once your dog receives it.

This vaccine is recommend by the AMERICAN VETERINARY MEDICAL ASSOCIATION for dogs that are in frequent contact with other dogs. The canine flu is a contagious respiratory disease in dogs (not humans). It has been around for the past 6 years and there are now cases that have been reported within the state. This disease is highly contagious & nearly all dogs are susceptible to infection, about 80% will have a mild form of the disease. Please contact us if you have any quesitons about the requirement.

 

WE WILL BE USING THE NEW LOCATION

We are moving to 74 Broderick Rd in Bristol

(Off Emmett St behind ESPN)

We are moving to a larger building that will allow us to upgrade the facility and expand our services and capacity. Hour hours and pricing will remain the same.

Here's what will change:

-Full Serivce Grooming will be available Mon-Fri

-Daycare dogs will be out in the daycare until 5pm (prev 3pm)

-1/2 day daycare pickup will be extended until 5pm (prev 3pm)

-2 different daycare areas: 1 outside weather permitting and 1 inside (heated & air conditioned)

-Outside daycare surface will be stone dust

-Capability for non-dc boarders to spend additional time outside their kennels

-Additional kennels will be installed

-Training can be held in either an inside or outside location

We hope to have an open house prior to the move. We will keep you informed of the dates.
