Jodi Vadnais, MS
Dog Trainer & Behaviorist

Jodi began working very closely with dogs as a teenager by training her two family Doberman Pinschers. Over the years, aside from training dogs, Jodi has held many other canine related positions. She has worked as a kennel assistant, a groomer's assistant, and as an assistant to a veterinarian helping with the comprehensive exams, administration of vaccinations, drawing blood, etc. Jodi has also worked in the dog daycare area monitoring the dogs' play activities at Camp Canine.
Jodi is dedicated to expanding her knowledge of dogs and their behavior. She is committed to becoming a better trainer through education and experience. Jodi's commitment to furthering her knowledge has enabled her to learn the newest training techniques and the science behind dog behavior:

For many years, Jodi’s hands on dog training experience came from working with Cosmo; a Yellow Lab. Cosmo enjoyed training and excelled at all levels of obedience. Cosmo was a wonderful dog who taught Jodi many valuable lessons about training and the human/canine relationship.
Ripley, a Chocolate Lab/Weimaraner mix is Jodi's current dog. Labeled as a "shy dog" Ripley has presented Jodi with the opportunity to put all of her dog training skills to the test! Ripley has completed Puppy Kindergarten, Basic Obedience, Field Dog Obedience, Agility, Rally-O, and Advanced Obedience. After much training and hard work Ripley passed the AKC's Canine Good Citizen test.
